I used a supported payment system on deriv to deposit $10 since Wednesday 5/03/25
Till now the money hasn’t reflected but it was debited from my account.
Live support won’t even talk to me, they just keep repeating emails everyday. I was told by a customer rep on deriv’s WhatsApp that my money should have returned within 24hrs and it didn’t.
My payment service provider also confirmed the money was sent from their side as well.
Anytime I speak to a rep
They’re always giving different versions of responses.
I can’t believe a whole deriv would do this,smh.
Please do the needful because even though it’s a small amount,you never know the extent or degree to which people (customers)can take steps against you.
