Please I have submitted my proof of identity several time and deriv doesn’t want to accept it. I can’t get any customer agent to speak to but only robot that don’t understand me. This is very bad in a way.

My bank statement cause it doesn’t allow me to send my ID . And I mistakenly wrote Somalia on place of birth but I’ve got proof I’m not Somalian .
