I want to make a deposit using the Zingpay method but I need to send documents to verify my account. How do I do this? Help!

Go to settings (profile) and click on Authentication and send your id, passport or driver’s license.
I can’t find an option to “authenticate” on my settings. How can I verify if I want to use Zingpay?
ITS CRAP I DID THAT STILL SAYS. You do not need to authenticate your account at this time.
We will inform you when your account needs to be authenticated.
