Trader Hub wipe my deposited $202

I’m completely new on Deriv.

I registered on Deriv, fully verified and funded.
Some minutes ago I set my password again. Then it lead me to Traders hub which is the first time I’m seeing this. Prompt me with USD wallet and so on to set up my profile. It was like repeating what I had done previously while registering. My concern is that I can’t see my deposited funds again. And it keeps redirecting me to Traders hub with Zero USD wallet balance.
Prior to this I already deposited $202 via AirTM Cashier.
