Good day all, so its been 3 days since Deriv has been constantly denying my withdrawal asking me to use the bitcoin wallet to withdraw. Deriv website specifically says to withdraw using the method u fund with and in my case that was visa card. I live in Grenada which is a small country in the Caribbean and these wallets are not supported here. Can anyone help me?
