I have enough information to verify my account. But the message is “Your account currently does not need verification”, so let me ask when can I proceed to verify my account? I have a similar issue. My address cannot be verified though I have sent in official documents like Tax accrued forms from the state agency. I get a message that does not meet the needed criteria. Goodness meWhat is the criteria??? And I am not opening but renewing my account.
