I have been trying to verify my identity for the past few days. None of the methods for submitting proof of identity seem to work. No error message or notification appears after all attempts to submit my documents.
After what seems to be a successful upload, submission does not seem to work. After clicking the submit button, the processing carries on infinitely and no message is returned to state whether submission was successful or not.
My humble suggestion is that your withdrawal process be as flawless as your deposit process.
