Withdrawal limit activation

Good day Sir /Madam,
Hope you are fine and doing well. I’m really totally upset as a regular client past One year. My withdrawal are stopped due to name mismatch as you prescribed. But already done withdrawal many times. I got message notification that I’m reached maximum limit and to verify id to increase limit.
I have shared my ID proof and udated. Waiting more than 3days. It said mismatch but same I’d only Really struggling with creditors to pay back my Loan etc and other commitments.
Really unexpected lack of communication.
Can anyone suggest me to sort out this withdrawal issue asap. Thanks and regards
