Cashier locked since aug 10

Hi my cashier is locked since aug 2024, i was asked for thr proofs and affidevits , i provided then deriv support told me for mock interview in 15 days and its been 3 months they just replied due to unforseen circumstances we couldent able to take mock interview, we will contact u soon and uptil now they are not replying. i am doing trading which is of no use deriv is getting commission through my trading but i cant take my money which bread m butter of my family…whats the use of getting customer service award 2024 when m not getting any response

Live chat already created tickets many times but havnt got any reply they kept me on waiting how come.its possible that i m doing trading from the past 4 months and i cannot withdraw i have given all thr proofs all thr information, they said they will resolve and its been 4 months… come on its not russia or ukrain issue that u ppl taking tym…how come deriv got customer service award for 2024 when creatinf ticketd and ignoring.stuff is thr solution even i m.not grtting.repky.from my personal manager
