Good Day
I’m required to attach proof address for the second time which I don’t understand but am not given an option to attach.
Live support gave me a link to attach but when I click it I’m receiving a thank you message saying my proof address has been attached when I have not attached it.
I received an email saying if I have not attached by the 17th I won’t be able to place trades and withdraw and they put a submit link on email but when I click I receive same thank you
Live support can’t assist with the query but have escalated it to support for second time again
I’m frustrated
