I have attempted to upload various documents as proof of address, but all of them have been rejected. I am now out of options and hesitant to deposit any money until my account is approved, as I fear losing it. Today will be my final attempt—if it fails, I will give up on Deriv and explore other brokers, even though it means missing out on trading Deriv synthetics.

I’m facing the same challenge here, I’ve submitted a Signed and stamped Bank statement but those guys just want to deny and close my account for no reason… I’m stressed and cant even trade again losing interest… @Juan_derivadmin do something about it because its a valid documents that i submitted
