Verification for my profile

I can’t upload my documents to verify my account, I can’t access the verification option is omitted, help!!!

@bashing-abietic-2 , Go to deriv website and click on “Account settings”.
Then you will see “Verification”, under it click on each of them to verify your I.D and Address.

can someone help me as well. I just opened a deriv account, i was sent a message to verify my email but missed the email until link expired. How do i reactivate the account so that i can verify my account

@bossily-acritol-2 ,. Go and login with the details you used to register. If you are prompted to verify your mail, then click the resend button so as to verify your mail.
This time, don’t miss it again.

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I have logged in again, but i was not prompted to verify my email. I will be greatful for further suggestion that will help as i am unable to register another account with my details and another email address. Appreciate your support thank you so much

To both of you having greyed area on the “verification” point, it means that you can continue trading.

When it’s time, deriv will request for your documents for verification. Then the greyed part will be activated for you to upload your documents.

Good morning. Plz, I want to withdraw, but I saw a message telling me I have reached my withdrawal limit. I have also sent all the documents needed for that limit to be lifted. This is over 2 months now, it has been verified. Plz what should I do

@bossily-acritol-2 ,. The issue started right from when you did not verify your email.
Now you are left with the option of contacting deriv via the live chat on your deriv page.

Thank you so much. i finally found the live chat icon, it appears this only comes up when you are using a phone and not a desk top or lap top and oi find that strange. I am currently waiting in the que to chat with an agent thank you so much for taking your time to respond i appreciate

So where do I see the deriv application in android to download.
Also the account verification is greyed out.

@blowfly-aerobes-1 ,. Which deriv application are you talking about? There are different deriv applications for different purpose.
Be careful of what you are downloading.

If the verification part is greyed out, then it means you should keep trading and when it’s time to get verified, deriv will request for your documents.

Can you send me the right deriv application for my android.
I thought I need to be verified to start live training.
